Great holiday but this particular accommodation was awful! Positive: The location was perfect. The owners were good enough to add birthday wishes upon arrival. Negative: Air conditioning was faulty the whole time with water poori g out of the grills.The apartment was in need of upgrade. The main pool deck was closed for refurbishing. This meant 2 large blocks had to use one very small pool deck. Over a weekend sunbeds and chairs were none existent. The sofa in the lounge was absolutely filthy. We checked out 2 days early because nothing I complained about was resolved. Reception said I should be entitled to a refund for the 2 days at least! I asked for a refund but the company Homestakes have ignored my request.
