Best experience I ever had dealing with Hotel personnel. Positive: All employees were very professional and very courteous from front desk, valet, restaurant, pool, etc... They made us feel very welcomed. Example: Had a problem where we were accidentally going to be charged for daily valet and when they realized we were renting private room they removed charge. They were great. Negative: Not applicable

I loved everything about this property book it! You won’t be disappointed Positive: Loved it so much felt like I was home they supplied everything you need, Unit was cleaned staff was so nice and walked down to the beach was so convenient Negative: I liked everything lol

Staying at the Ritz, my expectations were high, and we were not disappointed. Outstanding views from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. We had some minor issues with towel service, but management was right on top to solve the issue. We couldn’t be more pleased with how we were treated. We will return.

1000% recommend Positive: Everything exceeded expectations. From the welcome basket (wine, snacks, etc), to the staff at the Ritz, to the amenities, to the balcony/view. It was all perfect and even nicer than the pictures. My husband and I kept raving about how perfect the apartment was. We will definitely be booking here again. Negative: Nothing
