Ritz-Carlton Luxury 1BR Residence - Beachfront

Again, LOVED LOVED LOVED! the staff but wouldn't stay again. Positive: The Staff were wonderful, I was happy to pay for the service but the hotel itself was really just an overpriced Marriott, not a Ritz-Carlton that I was expecting. Granted I was staying in one of the apartments that was privately owned and it needed some upgrades, but the hotel property itself was just average. Negative: The amount of families in the pool area and POOL TOYS taking over the smallish pool for a large hotel was extremely annoying for a LUXURY hotel. I was there for a weekend alone for a nice relaxing time but it was overrun by screaming kids and ridiculous donut floaties that shouldn't have been allowed.

What you don't know Positive: The atmosphere of the property location. The staff there was excellent in customer service. Negative: The location of the syite that we stayed in. We were lo ated right above 5 huge fans that wete part of cooling an entire building. On day one, it was clear we couldn't e joy the terrace, it was so loud you couldn't enjoy conversation. When I side the apartment, you were inae to ease the doors open because of the level of noise. But what took things to the next level, was when workers started dwelling on our first morning at 8 am. Not to mention the 1000 dollar I cide tal deposit that was asked for by the hotel, after paying for our stay with you in full

Positive: Place exceeded my expectation. It is much bigger in pictures, lots of space to put your clothes/luggage. Amazing location, safe close to all the restaurants, to go to the beach you can either cross the road or go through a special tunnel (where pool is). Also 10/10 for the view (river view where you can see boats + millionaire homes and most importantly SUNSET, absolutely beautiful.) Host responded very quickly. Thank you for a welcome basket and toys for kids, it was very nice and thoughtful. Negative: There were pans but not pots in the kitchen, no lids either. I am sure if i messaged the host, they would have provided as they were very quick to respond about other concerns but since i was not only staying for 2 nights, i did not want to bother + i found a way to get around without it.

Positive: El departamento y las instalaciones. Aunque no funcionaba el lavaplatos y me avisaron a último momento Negative: El ruido que venia de afuera ya q da a un espacio donde estan los ventiladores del hotel

Location convenient to festival without being too crowded. Positive: Nice location. Comfortable accommodations. Negative: No laundry facilities.
