Great.
Positive: Beautiful apartment well located and adapted to kids. Grocery shopping very close. The beach across the street was great
Negative: Neighbors smoking weed on their balcony which brings the smell all the way to our apartment.
The waiting time everytime you need your car. This mandatory valet parking is annoying and expensive.
The 60USD amenities is not justified. Pool is functional but average.

Negative: The only complaint we have is that you can no longer use the main pool when booking a residence. We loved that pool and the cabanas. Major disappointment when we had planned to do a pool day with cabana service. We were told we could buy pool passes for an extremely high price of $125 a person. Thats ridiculous.

it was a very nice location
Positive: love that it was a lot of space, very well kept!
Negative: Couch in living room was very hard
