Disappointing Negative: Our experience at the condo in the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. FL   was - some good - some bad. First the good. HomeStakes Stays manages the condo and email communication with them was good. Calculating the final price of our stay using Booking.com was a challenge. I was not completely certain what the final tally included. There is a $65 charge per night which includes a beach umbrella and Two (2) chairs and Two (2) e-bike rentals for Two (2) hours per day. But you need to download an App to access the bike rental and I never got that figured out. Guests may use the main pool at the Hotel but it costs $125 per day per person. We decided to pass on this offering.   You are entitled to use the Condo owners pool but it is tiny. The Condo itself was acceptable and clean. The one big hiccup in our stay happened during our check in. We were told that a day long electrical power outage to our Condo was taking place and there was no hot water, no Air Conditioning and no refrigeration.  We asked what should we do with the refrigerated / frozen food that we had just bought and the receptionist said to contact HomeStakes Stays. We asked HomeStakes Stays for some sort of refund owing to the fact that the accommodations promised were not what was delivered. Their response was a polite, "Not my problem". Like I said - some good, some not so good. But in the future, I won't be booking with HomeStakes.

Can’t wait to comeback! Positive: It was a beautiful place to stay, we will definitely be back! Negative: Could use a few more rolls of toilet paper, dish rags, and garbage bags, but nothing really to complain about!

Positive: So clean and comfortable! Great beds and pillows.
